In a recent conversation with whom I still consider one of my best friends, the subject of High-School relationships were brought up. I want all of your opinions on this subject matter, and I'm not going to put up a new post until I have an huge amount of opinionated ideas put up as comments. High school relationships do have a point, although the point is usually just to get a handle on the kind of person you should be looking for, and at the very least, to have fun. In most cases, the individuals involved in the relationship are not mature enough to maintain the relationship longer than a year ( ... )

Okay, usually I don't post on an lj of someone I barely even know...but this really has to stop. Why are you butting into someone else's business? If they feel that they are in love, then they are in love. There is a point to it all. The point is that they are happy together...and if they are still happy together, then they WILL last through college, maybe even for the rest of their lives. And personally, being the person that I am, I do believe in love. There's love everywhere! It's in a smile, a laugh, a tear...it can be found everyhwhere...and if you can't see that...then you just have to look deeper in yourself. Stop being so blind and smell the freakin roses.

The point is to have something to keep you occupied through high school...lol.

They can last through college if you want them to...but then you'll never get to experience anyone else. That kinda sounded bad...

Love truly exists but it takes a while to find out what TRUE love is.

You may or may not spend the rest of your life with this person. It all depends on your decisions and his/her decisions.

I should major in psychology. I think I'm good at this stuff...I'm lying. :-P

quit trying to hurt people on purpose. if you have to ask these questions, then obviously love escapes you.
