Wow, this is totally crazy.... A car was reported floating down Humboldt Street with its occupant on the roof. When jeffm, mfisher and I lived together, we lived right off of Humboldt. What the hell has happened to the weather around here? They shut down portions of 490 and 590 due to flooding. The roads were flooded with about 1.5" of water when I drove

It was also used in the old subway tunnel after they moved the canal, so nyah :p Check out the bottom right hand quadrant just about the "TER" in Rochester.
