1) (Paraphrased - read: downright stolen - from smjor) Heaven is full of hot Mormon women with perfect bodies, Barbara Streisand music, and a game of Monopoly (replacing Atlantic City with the universe) that lasts for eons with no clearly discernible winner or loser. The only conversation topics are scripture and the Divine Plan on Earth and nobody ever argues or has a dissenting opinion. Everyday is a moderate temperature with light cloud cover and scheduled rain showers for constant rainbow effects. Everyday is a carbon copy of the day before it, however, you get to bang as many of the stacked Mormon chicks as you like without fear of pregnancy or sexually transmitted infection since they all led a pure life on earth and went to heaven sans socially-embarassing disease. Also, God has a special home brew beer on tap in every bar behind the pearly gates. This beverage is like every good feeling rolled into one and you can drink it all the time because it has absolutely no side effects and isn't habit forming

First, sorry for the delay. One, I thought about the questions that people asked and two, I haven't had time to write.
1. I had to really think about this one. While the hell sounds rather inviting I had to go with the heaven. If you saw the movie "Fight Club" you may remember Edward Norton's saying "After Fight Club, everything else in your life gets the volume turned down." I've recently discovered that abundant sex does the same. After 5 or six times in one weekend, I've found that nothing, absolutely nothing, even a languorous county workday, bothers me. I blame it on the oxytocin. . .
2. Of course, I would use it mercifully and justly. But I think that this answer has an inherent contradiction. That would be that I am of course a human being and as such, I am rather subjective and so I think that answer #1 is also answer #2 depending on point of view.
3. I don't know if my first thought counts as one power so I'm making a list of 3.
Immortality/invulnerability. See, I don't know if immortality implies freedom from

Stolen from Ghostbusters: 1.) The second coming is upon us but all of the various denominations and sects of Christians can't agree on the proper physical manifestation of Christ. You are the random guy on the street chosen for the task. The Stay Puff Marshmallow Man and nothing are the only incarnations you can't choose (simply because it would be derivative). Choose the form of your redemption! Stolen from The Muppet Movie: 2.) You are traveling across country with a motley group of characters in pursuit of a dream. Who are you traveling with and what is the dream? Stolen from The Princess Bride: 3.)You are about to engage in duel not to the death but to the pain. How would you leave someone in abject misery for the rest of their life?
1. Either George Washington Hayduke or Elmo (sesame street.)
2. At the very least, the group would contain that grinning guy that seemed like a brother from another mother, V. (as the resident photographer), and really anybody else that would come along. Our dream would be one of revenge against evil corporate molochs, thugs, and any other "oppressor" we could get our hands on.
3. I would marry them. J/K. Actually, I would leave them with an endless loop, audible only to them, of Yanni, John Tesh, and Micheal Bolton.
I am sad to say that I had to look up Hayduke. I am also sad to say that I did not have to look up Yanni, John Tesh, or Micheal Bolton. Thank you for your answers.
ok, i love this question thing, but i'm horrid at trying to come up with them. here goes... 1. if you could pick one trait about yourself that you would want to change forever, what would it be? And you are not allowed to EVER have that trait again mind you. 2. what, in your opinion, makes a person complete? 3. what would make up the "perfect" moment in your life and what song would best describe it?
I too am horrid at coming up with questions. But I like answering them so ask away!
1. I'm tempted to say my asthma/allergies. But that feels almost like cheating. I would say that I would be slightly more decisive in some cases.
2. I want to say death, but that seems like a smartass answer. My other answer will probably also seem rather smartassed but I would say the realization that they are complete. A sort of Buddhist acceptance that they are. Make sense?
3. I would say that a perfect moment for me would be for the people closest to me all of the sudden being happy just because they are alive. Sort of accepting the fact that everything is as it is and that it's okay. Just relaxing and taking the world as it comes. Music? God, I can think of so many songs, ranging from Grieg's "Morning Mood" to the enchanting braying of a Tibetian horn to morning birdsong to a Native American pow-wow drum song.
1. I wouldn't rescue anyone and I would die with them. Honestly. I couldn't make a choice like that.
2. My guess would quasi-autobiographical fiction with a philosophic twist.
3. This is actually a hard one for me because some time ago I figured that it's the travelling that I really like. I don't really care if I end up just taking an easy ten mile walk or hitchhike across the country (probably getting my ass diddled in the process)
So I would say:
1. The pacific crest trail or the "'stans" and some of the himalayan kingdoms. Both answers because I've wanted to go for a long time now.

2) (Remember the answer honestly part?) What are all of the reasons you choose not to write for publication and therefore money?
3) How can I hold those I love close to me without changing my path?
