well i'm glad i got an update, though I truly wish you didn't have to feel like that for one.. just whatever you do remember not to give up and let that feeling overtake you.. some days it's just hard to see where you need to go, but you're pretty amazing aj, i'm sure you'll find your way
yeah thanks im sure ill find something to hope or wish for now im just in a rut of the same shit different day stuff i think its just the weather im not one for winter so when it gets all nice again ill be all in my own happy little world again.
yeah.. thats why my post asked if everyone was letting s.a.d. get the best of them.. nobody was posting at all.. winter should just go away.. i don't know what its like there but its warm then cold then snowing then nice here.. its getting old =)
