Vala has been enjoying her vacation. She has really been enjoying not being in class at 8a.m. (much as she adores Professor The Tick -- 8 a.m.?!?!?!?). In fact, she's been quite enjoying sleeping until noon or thereabouts

Heading back to his room, more than a little bit stiff, Cameron grins as he finds his girlfriend actually awake and... there.

"Yo," he greets warmly and moves right up to the bed, leaning over to give her a long kiss.

"Hey there, where've you been?" she asks as she finishes the kiss. "No, don't tell me, getting yourself beat up at the gym again, huh?"

"Got to do something to keep busy," he says and sits down beside her. "Actually, I just came from giving Lee his Christmas gift."

"What are you doing?" He asks as he eyes the brochure.

"Class schedule," she replies, flipping the pamphlet over so he could see it. "Next semester's almost here and all. Just thought I'd get a jump on it."

Jack noticed the door open if it was open and stuck his head in. "Hey. What'cha reading?"

"Hey, Jack!" She looked at him for a moment. "Memory still working and all?"

Jack paused and brought his fingertips to his forehead. "It's 2005 -- no, wait, sorry, 2006 -- I'm in Fandom High, and you're dating Cam, and Angel is hot. Yup, memory fine." He sat down beside her and peered at what she was looking at.

Returing from the bathroom, Cameron rolls his eyes when he finds Jack there.. "Just don't forget it."

Apparently he's picking up any sort of challenge lately. "You said it yourself that you don't want to work for them," he points out. "You've got to be crazy to work for someone who mindwipes their employees!"

"Yeah, which means I don't need you jumping in and answering for me!"

"Well... yeah. I mean, I never heard anything like this before, and no one ever says anything about the Time Agency that they don't say about any huge, wealthy corporation that has a total monopoly on an advanced technology, but... yeah."

Jack listens to Cam object and scowls at him. "Hey, *I* don't necessarily think Vala should work for them either, but I don't order her around. And it's not like no one has ever mindwiped an employee before."

"One, I'm not ordering her around as I would have thought that her being so worried about this kinda made this a given. Secondly, actually it would be seeing how we can't mindwipe people around here."

He gets up from the bed and motions to them both. "But as apparently you don't need my input and you're both very cosy, I'll let you two talk it out."

"What on Earth has gotten into you, Cam?" Vala is just looking at him.
