Being anorexic isn't a weight loss program honey. It is a health and mental problem. If you want to count calories, ask your doctor what he/she thinks that your appropriate calorie and carb intake for a day should be. Base your weight loss goal on that.
If you want a good regimen, start out with a high protein, standard carb diet and lots of cardio. [I say standard carb because despite what low carb dieters say, your body utilizes carbs to create energy in order to boost your metabolism and so on and forth. Your metabolism and diet makes you lose/gain weight, not a binge/purge diet.]
In turn, it's something you, your son AND your man can do together, so it won't feel like you're doing it alone.
Don't go the ana route, you look beautiful the way you are. Women are SUPPOSED to have curves. :)

LOL, that's what I thought at first too. I was like WTF is /w/ the Olsen twin, no chance I'm joining that rating community. But I checked it out and it's fun. Alot of people that support your goal wieght but they will tell you if it's to much. Everyone is nice and excepting.
