xD I was going to say Tobi, but then i read the bit about.. Tobi, so i pick Deidara- fun but not crazy and hyper all the time.

I think Deidara fits the traits you want well- he's pretty fun-loving and spontaneous, without being too crazy-hyper like Tobi. :D
