so i woke up at like noon, which is early for me. i ate some cereal and decided to go work off what i had just eaten, so i went for a mile walk. it was so nice out. i saw Ben's sister while i was walking. everything looked really pretty outside. sunshine, flowers, everything. it was a good walk
