You won't work in Koto anymore? Guess I won't see you there next time I'm going there for sushi again. :(
I was thinking that maybe I should take out a part-time waitressing job on 17 Ave or something for 1-2 nights a week for the social experience. Will you recommend doing that on top of a full-time job?
we could always meet up and have sushi at Koto's together ^_^
if you're used to the fulltime hours and are willing to work on a day off I wouldn't advise against it. If you can get short 4 hour shifts it could be a lot of fun. It also is a lot of work and four hours in a busy restaurant can seem like 8 hours of strenuous activity. You also rarely get breaks in a restaurant. You can go to the bathroom and you can maybe catch a meal but unless you smoke you won't be getting much that way ^_^;; not that I'm trying to ward you off. I think everyone needs to be a server once in their life. It really helps with social interaction.
