The Laurel Ceremony

So, I'd written the framework of a ceremony. To make sure I'd crossed all my proverbial "t"s, I asked Master Andrixos to send me a "default" Laurel ceremony, which he promptly did. It was a fantastic ceremony. A fantastic day. Thank you for sharing this. And I was especially interested to read your note about the fealty oath. I also worked very hard to memorize mine--which is the one you swore. (Sometimes I sorta mouth the words, like a mini refresher course, at ceremonies.) I'm sorry you weren't able to say yours by heart. Each Crown has oaths for the peerages, and they do vary from reign to reign. In any event, what a lovely ceremony! Many people commented to me that they thought it was a fantastic ceremony.
