So I just got back from this Hare Krishna festival. I've never really considered myself a true follower of the religion, and I have quite a handful of doubts. But there's a truckload of things that I like about it, so I've always liked going to temples and festivals. And at this last festival, I spent time with some really great people

Thank YOU for the nice association! If we can't be ourselves in Krishna consciousness, than what is the use? This should be about being real, about being pure "us" in front of Guru and Krishna. It ain't easy, but Guru and Krishna know us better than we know ourselves anyway.

Exactly. And it would be great if one day I find a guru and immediately think "ooh that's the one!" Until then I'll just keep hanging around honest and down-to-earth people like you and everyone I met.

By the way, I still have the kirtans stuck in my head :)
