So, today, I’m leaving for a week to do BorderLinks. It’s a program based in Tucson, Arizona, and Nogales, Sonora, that examines issues related to the US-Mexico Border. Guess who’s scared?

I went out to Burgess Falls State Park and Rock Island State park with Cara on Saturday (you can find pictures here; I won’t bore you with all of them on here). At Burgess Falls, I got a copy of the trail guide, which is an important primary source for anyone wanting to do research on early 20th century lesbians in Middle Tennessee:

The hardest semester ever came to an end when I turned in a take-home final this morning. And I’m going to Vegas a week from today.

I won the game!

And it’s Damon’s birthday. He won the game, too!
