Really awesome news that the job is going so well and you're enjoying it. I have quite a few medico clients so I know how much they rely on the practice admin to help them out because #$&? man, they are rubbish at admin! And they usually treat their staff really well too, so it sounds like it's been a good change for you.
All the rest, sorting out your diet and family issues will come with time, but at least work isn't adding any extra stress.

Thanks. To be fair I don't understand how they can manage to remember everything they do to be nurses and doctors so I guess it balances out, lol!

And I do have a good team helping me so yeah it'll sort out :D

Things have been sort of sucky lately for you. I'm sorry to hear that. I hope things get sorted soon with diet, migraines, money, etc.

But at least now rather than in years past I'm not panicking because my pay is too little and now I have a good health care team that I don't have to worry about paying :D
