Hi there. Thanks for commenting. You should know that I'm no longer a personal trainer. I decided it wasn't the business I wanted to be in, which is not a bad thing. I am still an avid worker-outer though, and a bit of a fitness buff. I just no longer have a "professional" opinion to give. That fact actually makes me feel way more comfortable giving my opinion, actually. Just keep in mind, I am a layman

Thanks for the advice, I heard of fitday I'm going to give it a try. Since I'm not on any special diet (via a doctor's order) I'm going to give Weight Watchers a try too *sigh* I'll see, I hope things work out and I can exercise a bit because I love bike riding. With my current meds, I'm off of the the crutches for now, so I'm hoping that continues to improve. I'm going to add you, if you like feel free to add me back :)
