Get some KMR (kitten milk replacement) and tiny bottles. You'll need to fill the bottles and put them in a hot water bath to get the milk to the right temperature. Wrap them in a blanket or towel when you feed them so they're warm and they have something to knead against. Make sure you put them on a heating pad (wrap the pad in a towel) because kittens can't hold their own body heat until they're 5 weeks old.
When they start moving around more, you can mix some of the KMR in with the kitten food - make sure it's in a flat dish and they WILL make a mess. Just use a damp washcloth to clean them up afterward.
Let me know if you need help...used to work in a cat kennel and we took in abandoned kittens all the time.
I've been feeding them KMR with a dropper, and I don't have a heatpad, but it doesn't matter since they're going away today ;.; I so wanna keep one damnit, stupid not having my own house!
