On Wednesday, Chas and I headed out with our realtor to see some houses. We had made an offer the previous Friday and hadn't been able to negotiate the $5K gap between our final offer and their final offer, so we walked away from it. So we're planning a vacation.

It's looking like Florida right now, but who knows how many more times we're going to change our minds before then.
