Bad Encounter

If the last part of that story is true, (and not a lovingly imagined scene ala Hi Fidelity when John Cusak stomps on Tim Robbins in his record store), then you are my new hero.

BTW, I dislike most Irish pubs even when they do have Guiness. It's like concentrated drunken soccer thuggery with frat boys.

Ha! No, it's true. I threw the glass more as a diversionary tactic, and it worked. I don't think they expected me to react this way and it either confused them or they just thought I was crazy and should be left alone. And there was absolutely nothing Irish about this place other than the name and a shamrock motif.
