For some reason these interview questions make me a little anxious, they sound too much like essay questions from my English classes, and I feel bad for Alan for a moment having to think hard to put something together on the spot. But of course he's a pro :)

New interview with Alan! It's over an hour of Alan goodness. Best interview I think I've ever seen with him, despite the interviewer sometimes appearing to try to lead him into repeating things he's already said many times over the years (for instance, "Do you go back and watch your films as part of your process?" so as a treat for my birthday my folks took me out to old school frozen custard and on their board they had a guess that animal contest for a free treat, my folks were reading it, i was just wanting to go get drunk. i just casually glance back and it's a red panda! i totally won my stepdad a cone because of mr. rickmans resemblance to a RED FUCKING

This week's "Entertainment Weekly" features Dan Radcliffe on the cover as "Entertainer of the Year." That's not the good part. I finally got around to reading the very brief interview, and he had this to say about AR:
