have you been watching the medal count? (until today)
flipping u.s., china, & korea are the top medal winners!!!! couldn't plan that better! (well maybe 1. korea 2. china 3. japan, but, eh~)

but there's this dude on ninja warrior Yasushi (Koji) Yamada, and he only has 3% body fat!!!!
it's ridiculous, but it looks good^^
haha, of course, i'd have to give up family time so he can go work out, buuuut, if he looks good, who's to argue, right?
