Just returned from a quick trip to the grocery store. I was on my last box of Diet Pepsi, and today was the last day of a "3-day sale" they had on them. Had an "interesting" dream last night which included a female I've known my whole life. We saw a lot more of each other as kids, but not so much after that. A couple of times back then, we REALLY saw a "lot" of each other, before we had any clue what we were doing, if you catch my meaning. The dream took place in "current day" however.

When mom was still here, I spent most of the daytime hours back in my bedroom sitting at the computer desk, while she was in the livingroom watching her daytime shows, like "Judge Judy", "Jeopardy", "Wheel of Fortune", etc. Evenings, after she'd watch local news, I'd go in there and we'd watch something together, streaming, DVDs, Blu-rays, since ( Read more... )

When I replaced the shower curtain liner in the bathroom earlier today, I decided to not put the old solid fabric curtain back up which mom bought several years ago. Went to bed early last night hoping to get a decent amount of sleep before having to go to my doctor appointment this morning, but once again, I got very LITTLE sleep. Even though I just rewatched it again a few days ago, I'm watching "Nosferatu" again. When I rewatched the old Image Entertainment DVD I bought in the '00's, I thought to myself, might be time to "upgrade", so I ordered the remastered Kino Lorber Blu-ray, which arrived today.

Even though I already had "Bringing Up Baby" (1938) on a years old DVD release from Warner Home Video, I ordered the Criterion reissue on Blu-ray. I knew to expect lots of "film grain" on the Blu, after reading reviews before ordering.
