My larping clothes tend not to be fancy -- the psuedo-velvet vest with black frogs is the only thing that'd come close, and I suspect it'd be way too big on you -- but you're welcome to raid my mask collection. I also have a bunch of chain with large (1 1/2"x3/4"?) open oval copper-and-black links. It's a little heavy and a little beat up from being dragged to events, but it jingles nicely and it's easy to split into pieces of whatever length you need

Oh, most of those have gone or will go to Madrigal at some point. (The gears and the moon-and-stars would probably not be suitable.) It's a very dangerous enabling hobby.
You also can occasionally find useful and inexpensive things at places like Savers and the Salvation Army, believe it or not, or actual thrift stores. There's a Goodwill in Attleboro now as well. Also if you have enough time you can get really good deals on ebay. Lastly, I find that Spectrum/Adini place on Thayer Street often has useful shirts/pants/vests for $30 or less.
I'll swing by Goodwill in Attleboro today though and test my luck. Sadly the Salvation Army around here hasn't turned up anything workable this time around.
I've also hit Spectrum/Adini, which had a few pants that caught my eye, but nothing that would work for a ball and for men. I sometimes envy the costuming selection of the other gender...

I'll poke you about logistics stuff via e-mail and it'll be great to see you at non-Madrigal craziness.
