What a night. I was supposed to be off but they called me in to work and it was just nuts. I got to the hotel to find that the only other two bellman scheduled to work today had called in sick. So it was just the doorman Juan, the concierge Charlotte, one of the morning shift guys John and little old me. On one of the busiest days ever
