I almost forgot... Happy Pi Day !!

Has anybody noticed that when you visit somebody at the hospital they tend to give you lots, lots of details about their bodies and body functions ( Read more... )

Every time I spend some time in the Midwest I am still surprised by these two things:

- How flat it is and how straight their roads are.
- How nice the people here are

Still here... reading more or less regularly and not posting for over a year.

All is good, life is good. All quiet in the homefront :)

Last Friday, for totally unrelated reasons, my dog and I were prescribed the same medicine, for the same amount of time, and the same strength... Go figure.

And yes, mine was prescribed by my family doctor and his by his vet ;)

'Nother semester done. Closure at the end of the term is always good. A pat on the back to me to being able to make it through the semester without killing any of my bosses :)

Guess who had tickets for a Bruce Springsteen concert last night! ;)
