Can you reach Google docs from work? It's blocked at my work, but my work is unreasonable.

I attempted to do that while at work, but my workplace is as unreasonable as yours, naturally. Thanks for the suggestion, though! I'll probably relent and succumb to Open Office for now...

Also, just caught up on your posts, my friend. Sorry it's been eons. Now that I don't have that other blog weighing me down, I think I'll keep with this one. Maybe even stay up-to-date?!?!

Well for what it's worth, you can get an external cd/dvd drive for $20-30. Idk why so many computers aren't putting in an internal one. Seems dumb.

Hey, Nee-san,external cd drives connect to laptops via usb, usually. (No cd drive was the main reason why I said 'no thanks' to the offer for that tablet/laptop crossover thing Tony offered me...)

And, hey, you can have your old laptop back. I'm back home now. I didn't mess anything up on it, though I did install some virus protection software (your free trial was over) and a couple different web browsers...but other than that, everything's as you left it. (Okay, I swapped out Kenshin for a different background, but I didn't delete the pic. His glaring at me, even behind my open windows, was very distracting!)

I broke down a couple weeks ago and am doing Open Office. And the story I'll likely be working on won't hide so many offensive words this time, hopefully. I think I emailed it home to myself just recently and didn't have to change any of them to get it through the filter!
