A nice weekend. Most of the Canadians went to their homes to celebrate their part in the gradual eradication of North America's indigenous peoples and cultures, so the campus has been mostly deserted. I am not taking any languages but I think you would be good at any you tried, especially Italiano, which you're already good at. Tossicodipendenza, eh?

Also: one of my textbooks is the Audubon Field Guide to New England. What does that tell you about my classes and the marketability of my education?

Field and stream birds will be the next big thing, say economists who know. Think of the internet boom, if it had lasted forever: that will be field and stream birds.
