V Veronaville

I promised to write Cassandra, but I can't find the words to tell her, and especially, explain her everything that has been going on since we moved here.

Things started calm at first.

Veronaville is a great place to live, with perfect weather, beautiful landscapes, and though the old rivalry between the two main families is well known, everyone I have met so far seems to be welcoming to newcomers.

Jonas didn't have problems adapting to school either, and I was happy to see him making new friends quickly, though I get to be less and less with him as he grows.

And of course I hired a nanny to be able to go out when needed, but I'm not even trying to find a new job this time, at least not until after the birth, so for the most part I'm at home with the kids, enjoying every minute of it.

The pregnancy was well advanced on the third semester when I found Lazlo wandering the town's streets, and the avalanche of event that followed started forming.

Apparently his brother had come to visit a friend, and knowing I was living here, he decided to tag along hoping to find me.

We had lunch together catching up with our lives, but of course he wanted to know about Lander the most, and I was happy to tell him everything he wanted to know.

However, by the time we finished lunch I was exhausted, so it wasn't the best time to take him home to meet Lander in person as he wished, but promised to invite him for his birthday.

Time ran fast after that.

Maya grew up into a sweet girl

who adores Jonas,

and likes to do everything with Lander.

Then Molly was born shortly after,

and before I knew it,

Lazlo was back to meet his son.

They played together for a moment while I checked on the girls

and for a bit, it almost felt like a normal family, together, taking care of our children,

so when he sat me down to talk more seriously, I was considerably more open to the idea of moving back to Strangetown with him, as he wanted me to do.

Apart from Mortimer, who I loved deeply, Lazlo is the only other man I would want in my life, with my children, but I must thank that Jonas was coming back from school at that same time, so the discussion was postponed until after Lander's birthday celebration.

Seeing him growing up brought me back to me senses,

and as soon as the kids run out to play,

I finished the conversation with Lazlo,

who obvious wasn't happy with my final decision.

"Why?" he asked over and over, unable to understand my reasons.

Why wouldn't I settle once and for all, and why would I continue moving regardless of the consequences, but I couldn't answer.

He finally left mad and frustrated, and things returned back to its usual pace at home.

But I couldn't take his words out of my mind and I realized then, I couldn't even answer "why" to myself.

Maybe it's because, as foster kid, I never had a place to call home, and only want to give the best one to my children, but for the same reason I'm not used to settle either. Never have. Even when it's feels like I've found a perfect place to live, I always end up feeling restless after a while.

I called the nanny that evening and went out for a walk hoping to calm down and clear my mind.

And it was then, when I walked by the Summerdream house.

Albany Capp, who I've meet before, was standing outside with a couple of friends,

and insisted in introducing me to Oberon Gossamer, the house's host.

He's the most attractive man I've ever seen, but it's not only that he's handsome and exotic. There's a special charm about him, a magnetism. I couldn't understand what was it at first, but I could feel it. It's almost magical, in a away.

He invited me to meet the rest of his family and friends who were gathered in their house.

It is said the Summerdream bring balance to the town, and that inside their home only love, friendship and peace is welcome. That all feuds must be left outside, because no hatred or dispute it's allowed and frankly seeing both Monti and Capp peacefully interacting proved the rumors to be true.

But most of the nigh I spent indoors talking with Oberon and his partner, Titania.

It was easy to open up with them, and I found myself telling them parts of my life I don't usually share with anyone. They seemed especially fascinated with my children, in a way I would usually take with suspicion, but it seemed so sincere coming from them. Titania especially couldn't stop asking me details about my pregnancies, some of them so intimate I wasn't sure how to answer.

"Please excuse our boldness," Oberon interrupted at some point, sitting so close to me, it probably would have upset any other woman, but Titania only grinned calmly "but, you see, we can't have children."

"Puck and Bottom are adopted and it's likely they can't have children either." I'll never forget his exact words "Infertility has cursed our race for generations. It is stronger in females than males, but affects both gender, so breeding between each other is almost impossible and by now, for all we know, us four, are all there's left of our race."

"Meeting people like you give us hope, darling..." Titania added, now standing in front  of me with that magical charm that is so hard to resist in both of them.

"We certainly hope our kids have their own children in the future, but even someone young as Puck has low chances at procreating --unless it's with someone fertile, like you, that helps us break the odds and carry our genes for another generation."

"Do you understand now, dear?" Titania asked finally in a tone that implied so much more than the simple words.

And I understood. I understood very clearly.

They wanted me to have a child with them.

Of course, it was a very delicate situation and they wanted me to take all the time needed to at least consider their proposition, but I only asked for a minute to a take deep breath alone in the bathroom.

Deep down I started wanting a baby with hair as fire and elf hears since the moment I saw Oberon, and outrageous as it was, what they were asking of me made complete sense.

Maybe my life before Veronaville had prepared me for that moment, or maybe I was just blindly enchanted by them, but I wanted to have a Summerdream child more than I've ever wanted anything else in my life.

All the events that followed that night felt like a dream of those you never want to wake up,

but before midnight I was already back home with a strong certainty of being pregnant again.

I considered staying after all that happened,

But like so many times before, I started feeling uncomfortable in my own home and the need to move once again took over.

The Summerdream tried to convince me otherwise, even offered to prepare their house to welcome me and all my children, but knew to respect my decision of leaving at the end, with the promise that I'd let them be present when our child is born.

But for now, we will be spending summer by the beach, in Belladonna Cove.

Veronaville has been the only hood so far in which things didn't play along by themselves, but this also gave me the opportunity to approach aspect of Blossom I'd have never considered before.

I like to let Blossom loose in comm lots as soon as she moves to a new hood, and see who she meets and how they get along, but here, in VV, she didn't meet anyone interesting by herself and I couldn't wait for ever until it happened, so I decided to force the events instead.

And because I was forcing the events anyways, why not guide them into the right direction from start... red hair! and preferably read hair with elf ears (hey! we are already in VV! let's abuse of its uniqueness!)

So, I brought Blossom to the Summerdream house after summoning a bunch of other adults as well. Puck was there, as well as Antonio, Tybalt and a not-so-gay Kent, jic (not Mercutio, tho. He and Tybalt together can be messy and honestly wasn't in the mood for it), but she literally didn't care about anyone else, only Oberon and Titania. And the feeling was mutual too (3bolts all around!) so there was no point in fighting against it, imo (Probably a child with Puck would have been really cool too, because he has gorgeous kids for sure, but the chem wasn't there at all)

Now, after deciding that Oberon was the lucky one in this hood, the problem was how to approach it for the plot. Imo, even with super high chemistry, Oberon and Titania are so into each other any kind of cheating involved makes no sense. And even played as a very open-love couple, I can't imagine them simply inviting a third one in, just for the sex either. It'd have to be for something deeper than that... you know, like trying to save their whole race from extinction! rofl

In any case, the picture of Titania ( here) is only there to tease you all! XD
I'm not implying she went in... that's up to your IMAGINATION .... you naughty people!! :P

And JIC, the blond in the party is Tina Traveller who's living there now with Bottom (after the Big Sim). There a few more pictures about that, the Summerdream, and other details from the Moonbeam kids during their stay this hood at my simblr.

As for Belladonna Cove, I have no hopes, in fact, I have no idea what to expect, but at least there are several single males to choose from. I imagine it'll be longer to play, tho, there are a lot of households and I want to take advantage of summer season with the kids there. The lot they'll be moving in has a pool and I'm creating a beach that seems to be working fine (tho I've never used beach lots in BC before)

That's all for now. Thanks for following! :D
CHEERS and have a great weekend!! <3
