well my not so little baby is about to complete kindergarten and she finished her last homework assignment for the school year last night. It is sad and exciting at the same time. I am a little stressed out over some things that have recently come up. The current babysitter no longer wants to keep the kid after school and I spoke with my boss about adjusting my hours by 30 minutes so I can take her and pick her up but that was declined. I was up until 1:30 this morning cleaning my apartment before I head out of town tonight. So the upcoming vacation is starting to feel real, I am getting excited and I know the kid can't wait. Today is her last day of school before spring break and I have to work tomorrow and then I will be off. YAY!!!

I just have to make it through the next 2 days and then I will be on vacation for 9 days. It's crazy to think it is so close...but feels so far away. I didn't sleep very well last night again and this lack of sleep is becoming a hard habit to break. I have 9 days until I am on vacation for 9 days... woo hoo! The kid and I will be in orlando for the first 3 days, Home for 3 days and then off to VA to spend some time with an old friend from high school. I cannot wait!! of course the little one does not know where we are going and what we will be doing, just that we are going to be on vacation.
