Well, apparently, I got tagged on my right shoulder at Sunday practice.  Yesterday, it was painful to lift my arm to parallel with the ground.  Today, it is excruciating.  I checked with the chiropractor, and she said that where the pain is located at the same place as an important tendon.  I just took two ibuprofen, and finally got some ice on it ( Read more... )
