Wow, ok forgot about this journal. Updates since I last updated: I'm at my job permanently, I got a raise, and I'm even getting a part time promotion to Medical Office Assistant starting Monday. Which also means I get a raise, but only for the two days a week that I'm an MOA :P But whatever! More money, and more experience! I got benefits, too! ( Read more... )

So.. I still haven't heard whether or not I'm staying on permanent at my job yet.. I'm going to have to ask about it soon because my three months is almost done and I'm going to have to start looking for another job soon if I'm not staying. I really hope I stay. Things are feeling a lot better around here lately. Even though so far we're no better off money-wise yet. It just helps so much being back in the valley and having family around. Thus, giving Jordan the opportunity to sleep more because of his awful graveyard shift. Having Jordan in a better mood and less stressed out is worth it's weight in gold ( Read more... )

Remember how I said that working at A&W this time around seems a lot better because of working at Thriftys or something something?

Totally figured out what it is. I'm on my meds this time around. Makes a HUGE difference. And that's totally the difference. Customers don't cause me anxiety anymore. That's all. Feels good :D

Well, I've been getting next to nothing for shifts at the grocery store, so my mom asked if I wanted to work casual for her. Might as well! I've been still looking for a better job, too, but I haven't found anything. Mom phoned me last night to come in for a few hours because someone didn't show.
