Just occurred to me far too late that the Hub (business incubator for social entrepreneurs I'm using as an office) has tons of ads for housemates in houses that sound vaguely similar to the setup you've landed in. Give me a shout if you need to move again at some point, and I'll see if I can switch my brain on.
