I inaugurated the grill today. I let a filet marinade overnight in a mix of A1, spicy pepper oil, garlic, red pepper, and cinnamon. I may need to play with the proportions a little bit in order to get that kick I was going for, but it was de-freakin-licious

I'm also reminded that the grill in our garage needs to be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned before grilling season officially begins.
