Please do, that's why I posted it! I'm thinking that it would also be good in a thai stir-fry served over rice, or even with a chicken dish. Hell, you could probably add this sauce to anything!

Sometimes I make my own hummus, and my hummus is okay, but lately I have been buying a hummus that is locally made in Victoria called "Holy Hummus," and I have never had anything this good before. It's so hard to perfect one's own homemade hummus, especially because everytime I make it it comes out different from the time before.
