My family has served this chicken for years. I have no idea what makes it Korean, other than it was probably called "Korean Chicken" back in some housekeeping magazine back in the 80's. The basic recipe is not spicy, but you can really turn up the heat with red pepper flakes, and the dish tastes even better - if you can handle it. The this sauce
