So I'm 30 now, that's weird.

In which life continues to hate me.
So I got a call yesterday that my mom was in the hospital and she wanted me to come down and see her, which of course I did. She had been having terrible stomach pains, we thought from a hernia, but I guess they got really bad over the night and she called 911. Waiting for the work day to be over... I was supposed to work through lunch today to make up a doctor's appointment I had yesterday, but then I had another doctor's appointment today at lunchtime, so I'm staying late to make up my time instead. Fall
I love fall. This year I feel like it is my favorite time of the year, but that could just be because it is the first season since my cancer where I haven't been in massive treatment. Now I'm just getting an infusion of Herceptin every three weeks, and attending various tests every once in awhile to make sure I'm doing okay. It's so *normal*. I ( Read more... ) -

I'm so tired today. I don't know why - I actually went to bed at a decent time, but my eyes are all red and I feel all rundown. Oy. I'm done with radiation now, but I think I'm still feeling the effects of it. I keep missing out on stuff because I have to go home and rest ( Read more... ) -
