Last Minute Summer To-Do List
My summer is almost over! It ends in exactly a week. I really can't wait for school, but I'm nervous about piano, nervous about meeting new people (although I met one nice music major already - she's in chamber singers with me) and I will miss my lazy free-time. It's been a while!
I haven't used this Livejournal blog in a long time - for a personal reason. But now I feel it's time for fresh start and to post in here again. :-) I'm actually planning to start a pen pal blog soon, and I'm not sure if I should use Livejournal or blogger. Blessed!
At this time of my life I've been more than blessed. I don't always get to spend time with God, unfortunately (sometimes I feel like I treat Him like a genie, but I don't like that), but I want that to change. Went to church this morning and hoping to go again tomorrow morning for morning Mass. I definitely want to pray to God more often. I do, but ( Read more... ) -

I feel happy, but there's another side of me that is anxious, negative, worried, stressed out. I can't wait to reach the time in my life when I will be at peace with a lot of things. Seems Like Some Things Will Never Change
I've been trying to finish this essay... not that it's boring, but I would be more interested in something else. I'm not as in to celebrities as other people are. My topic focuses on why celebrity ads don't work and why some of them do work. Doesn't sound that hard, but it's hard to express myself in 5 pages. ...well I suppose I am. I have much to be thankful for, but I keep focusing on the bad stuff. :-/ If only I could trust more in God and take life in stride and focus on my blessings and the good people that I already have in my life. I'm pretty selfish at times ( Read more... ) -

I just have this great desire to travel... no, a beyond GREAT desire to travel.
