X-Files icons!

Just because. I haven't been watching it recently or anything, but this afternoon I was suddenly compelled to iconise Mulder and Scully. Because it's shocking that I haven't up until now. 16 icons, circa seasons 3 and 4. Bonus points for identifying which episodes. They are some of my favourites, but not all of them are necessarily the ones

these are very beautiful! #2, 8, 10, 12, 15, and 16 are well-cropped and well-colored. Very nice!

for which I'm inordinately glad, since these are just so cute. Disproportionate amount of Scully be damned, that was the point behind my watching the series!!
I'm a pretty crap XF fan so can't recognise a lot (the only one that stands out is Unruhe and Small Potatoes... and the one on the staircase has got to be a mytharc episode and I want to say Max for no reason at all, since that's clearly an S4 pic. Is there War of the Coprophages too??)

Anyway, favourites: 6, 8, 11, 15, 16. I'm such a shipper. ;)

There seems to be consensus that it's okay to throw as much Scully in there as possible ;) I couldn't help it, not when there are so many excellent caps of her out there.

Guh - such a bitch trying to post those yesterday. There was one " missing and it threw the entire thing out of whack but took me like half an hour to find it! But thanks for the IM - sorry I missed you - and for the SN wp! Squee!

Glad you like the icons though - there is 'Unruhe' and 'Small Potatoes', and then a bunch of perhaps less oftenly iconed scenes. 'Elegy' and 'Demons' are there, because the end of season 4 was just *gold*. A couple of 'Never Again' icons...'Aubrey' from season 2, 'Wetwired' and 'Talitha Cumi' from season 3....I think that's about it. The staircase icon is a myth ep, but 'Gethsemane' rather than 'Max'. I'm crappy with names too - I just looked around for interesting pictures and liked that one a lot.

Yay for shipperdom! I really want to watch XF now ;)

NEVER enough Scully, that's my motto. And here you've got me wanting to watch XF too, listing all those amazing episodes for me. We share a lot of the same interests, I think - from those you named, Unruhe, Small Potatoes, Elegy, Never Again and Wetwired are SO favourites of mine.

Honey, when my work gets LESS awful, we should so schedule an XF shipperthon and rewatch favourite episodes at the same time so we can go squee!!!! ;)

Know what you mean about having to sort out tables. It took me AGES to figure out the ones for my Flicka icons. Which is why I'm never going to let it get to 80 icons again before I post next. ;)

Yay for squeeing over SN. My wp makes me happy now. I just sit and stare at the computer and giggle that it's Dan and Casey and Dana. Is that wrong? ;)

ooh, and can I yank your SFU icon? I've been looking for a good one with "the tree" and most of the ones I see are so generic and this one is lovely... ooh god, how I miss this show...

Thanks for commenting - so glad you like the icons.

I never posted the SFU icon publicly, mostly because of a dearth of good caps out there to make lots of icons from, but of course you can use it :) Always happy to spread non-generic icons out into the world!

I am still so in love with Mulder in the white T. Guh.

May end up snagging. Am trying to talk myself out of it, as already have way too many XF icons, but uh... Definitely bookmarking. WIll be back.

Demons. Naked Mulder. Insane Mulder. Tortured Mulder. Lots of Scully comfort. What is not to love? (Did I mention the Nekked!Mulder???)

lol yes, the naked Mulder tends to set that episode apart! And kick ass Scully also makes it awesome.

But you're not a bad X-Phile - I'm hopeless with episode names that aren't from seasons 4-6 ;)
