i just found out that i can still see dr rosen, i just can't see the mental health providers.

which i don't mind as much as i did on the day they dumped me.

i stopped my meds too...i dont know whats gonna happen but i already feel unstable and out of control. all those bipolar feelings are coming back...i feel really suicidal too. cry a lot. when i was on meds i rarely cried. hopefully it works out for you. i feel ya.
