Saturday Night
We did an amazing job on Saturday night. We had a packed house and the audience was incredibly responsive and energizing. It was totally wonderful. Dan, the stage manager was very impressed with my performance in the Chava sequence. He said it was the best he had ever seen it ( Read more... ) -

First Dress
We had our first dress rehearsal last night and it was intense. It was like, ah ha, HERE is the missing intensity from Monday night. There are just SO many hordes of people in this play. Stuffed
I had a great birthday dinner with my friends yesterday, organized by tsunami_jones. We all went to the Mongolian BBQ and it was fantastic. I have not been there in months, which is just too long in my book. I want to thank gecota, manifest_image, forceofdarknes, umbra_latro and tsunami_jones once again for all of the wonderful gifts. -
Intense Rehearsal
We had a rather intense rehearsal. The whole cast had a little bit of nervous energy for the first time. Wendy thought it was good, that we need it at this point in the process. We made some mistakes, but better to make them now so we can keep ourselves sharp ( Read more... ) -
A moment on the news
Some of us from the play participated in a segment on a live news broadcast this morning. Fox did a focus on Englewood today and we sang "Tradition" while they interviewed Wendy and John. I know it was something small but it was rather exciting to do. I have to see later if anybody was able to record it ( Read more... ) -
Music Rehersal
We had a very good music rehearsal tonight. Wendy was the only director and she did a great job. My practice during the day paid off and I did well with both of my Monologue pieces ( Read more... )
