I'm glad he didn't either... He really didn't seem the type, you know? Well, at least not with Charles. I don't think he could care less about the morality of anything else but things related to Charles.

No!! You aren't just going to leave it like that, are you??? That's just UNFAIR! Umm, for Erik of course, I mean... (not that us fangirls wouldn't need some smut&happy endings) But really. Usually I don't whine after sequels, but this time I really feel this story just screams for a sequel! Even if Charles doesn't remember, he might read it out of Erik's mind (on purpose or by accident? Of a projected dream?) or just figure out what the love bite on his neck means... I just feel you ended it when there's still loads of stuff to be solved, that kind of thing can't just end there....!
I also wouldn't be whining after a sequel if I didn't like your style of writing, so take this whining as a compliment! :)

Um... I don't think I want to exactly write a sequel, I think I wanted to keep this contained within canon, for just the sake of realism. BUT DO NOT FEAR. I'm going to write more with these two, so maybe in one of these other stories they'lll be happy and smutty.

If you want, you can take the rest of the movie as a sequel. Because I do think that it actually fits.
