It's amazing how time flies! Somehow it's already only 2 1/2 weeks before I leave for DC, so crazy! But I'm getting really excited about it! I found at that I'm going to be interning at the RAC which is going to be so super cool because its the RAC and it doesn't hurt that its really close to where I'm staying. So although my journal has never been all that exciting, I figure it may be time for an update. First year university is coming to a close, one more exam on Wednesday and it will all be over. So I just thought I would share that I had a really good day today despite getting up early and having a cold. I handed in a really big paper that I'm proud of and also just happy to be out of my hands (literally! lol!). So nothing too exciting! Got to love this time of year, YAY for writing essays until the cows come home (and by that I mean procrastinating forever!!!) But what you going to do? At least my summer plans might be coming together. There is hope that I will be in Washington after all. Thank you U of T for making it so delightful!

So this week off has been really nice! And somehow as usual it has just flown by. It's been nice to just read some fluff and hang out with my brother. But I've been productive too, I've gotten a pretty good start on my history paper for this semester and I've almost finished one application for a summer program.
