I just built a contraption to rest my pipe in while it is boiling. It doesn't touch any of the boiling pot's sides so as not to wear the pipe in any way.

The contraption was made out of a coat hanger.

I am so MacGyver.

Still bound. Eagle came by this morning and had his usual breakfast. I tried to get him to try something else for a change, but I swear the guy is single-minded.
