Must Love Dogs
I have learned so much since I got a puppy. I sometimes used to see dogs, esp. little ones, as live stuffed animals to cuddle with and pet, haha. Getting a dog reminded me that they're like, noble, and have personalities, White Fang or Lassie status. Just like people, they can be challenging and have quirks at times, too. I took hot yoga yesterday and tonight, I felt more relaxed and alive. I had a moment of clarity after and realized that I've been stressing myself out, and recognized ways I could alleviate that pressure. I think the timing of the two things is not a coincidence -
