I think because I've been really horrible at posting that I forgot to mention that I joined Weight Watchers back in July. I'm going with a coworker so we keep each other a bit more accountable. This is great beacuse we eat breakfast and lunch together 5 days a week so that's 10 meals a week right there that I'm generally okay. We're also ( Read more... ) -
