How can I change my friends feed reading style so that entries takes up the whole page again rather than being squashed into a a column the width of a third of my screen? I can't display the friends feed in my journal style (you have to upgrade to do that) only when I comment. Damn me but LJ is bloody annoying.

In your user info there should be a question mark asking for feedback in the header bar somewhere - hovering over that should bring up the chance to change back to the old style (at least for a while yet).

Some people have found that the question mark doesn't appear as an icon, but hovering over the blank space brings up the feedback balloon with the option to change back to the old style.

On the bright side, they've actually been asking for responses to the changes and most people have said "we'd like the option to retain our usual friends page!" so I'm crossing fingers they'll listen this time - they've being far more proactive about it than they have been in the recent past...
