So I got a new toy, a knitting machine. It has some rust and needs a complete overhaul but it should work fine afterwards, it was cheap so I couldn’t resist ;). I haven’t knit since I was a child and I have never used a knitting machine so this should be a fun experience. I'm sure that I'll be hunting down a knitting community to ask for help soon.

I am so sick of the assholes on craigslist, why do people have to be so rude and discourteous? When you tell someone that the item is theirs but later decide to sell it to someone else, could you at least be courteous enough to tell them that it is sold instead of hanging up on them repeatedly.

I am in the market for a new sewing machine. I need something for general sewing, nothing heavy duty. It doesn't need to be fancy or have all the bells and whistles but some things would be nice like an automatic needle threader, but not necessary. It has been quite a while since I've posted, I've been working a lot so my sewing has suffered. I have managed to get in a few projects though, I will try to post pics this week.

Why is it that every time I take the boys out to play... they end up completely (head to toe) coated in mud?

Did get my orange corset done, it does have a 1/2" wing-like bit on the hips, other than that it looks pretty good, I need to fix up the hips and then I will post some pics.

Ah the joy that comes when you finally get something to work right :) YAY!

I really wish that visual studio would stop deleting random and usually quite essential bits of code from my projects...

I turn on the news this morn... First off I see destruction - was expected, then I hear "The saints are trying to figure out where they are going to have their home game" - wtf, there are people dead and w/out homes and they are concerned about some stupid sporting event... I'm going to stop myself before the profanity gets too bad!
