I know that usually blog entries aren't posted here but this one is very important so I think everyone should know about it. I'm not an expert at Japanese but I tried my best to convey this message.
Apparently the matter was mentioned is some magazine so he wrote on Twitter: "It seems like there was a little misunderstanding, so I wrote this."

He mentions a magazine, but we don't know which. I suppose they mentioned the change of leadership in some magazine and people got confused. As to whose decision it was it's not exactly clear but if I understood correctly, Nao himself wanted to step down so they had to decide who shall replace him.

I was really surprised to hear this. Shou always said he liked to be in 2nd place and he's already the front man. I really think Tora should have been the leader, but oh well.

I've already seen some really negative opinions and it pisses me off. If you like the band you must respect and trust their decisions.

I remember Tora mentioning this aspect in some interview (or maybe it was Nao, when he made that full review of other members' personalities) that he was not very steadfast with ideas and that he wasthe type to mostly act as the situation supplies.

Well, you can't help the immediate reaction, but sometimes that kind of confrontation doesn't last long. I see it often in dauto fandom and I hope it will be the same with this one ._.

tbh i was always under the impression that Tora was the leader until i read Nao was the leader on wiki or sth, since Tora always leads them in comments etc with the SE~NO! so yeah, I agree with that haha.

Shou makes all album artwork, develops costume design and often comes up with concepts for PVs and such.

I agree with you - Nao will always be, "Leader~!" in my mind too, haha. I just think of the times on A9 Channel where they call him a good-for-nothing leader ♥ ;)

I think in some ways everyone takes turns in being the band leader so that not only one person feels like they have the heavy weight on their shoulders. They're only trying to help each other.
