to many things always running through my head

i wish i could make it stop

make it all go away

have it not make me want to cry

i'm always so tired

yet i never sleep

when i do sleep, i wake up even more exhausted

i think i'm going to head off to bed now

i shall lay there and not sleep

i have the same problem, my mind runs too much for me to sleep. often times math equations will keep me awake. other times its anxiety, or even just the fact that my body doesnt want to go to sleep. thats why i love ambiem. its bad ass. plus the fact that it severely trips you out before you go to sleep. you should come riding with me sometime, it clears your mind.
