So I've been working on Mufian for about two hours or so, and I have to say, figuring out what a verb means from an English Bible translation (when you're not even sure it's the correct translation) is not the easiest of tasks. I keep getting verb forms that change so drastically it's almost impossible to hold onto a verb root. To give you an idea ( Read more... )

So I've settled into a routine up here. And I like it. I go to UB around 9 every morning and I'm there til 3:30/4 M-R and 5 on Friday. When I have classes, I go. When I don't I work in the office. I have to say, it's a lot easier to get work done there since I simply don't allow myself to do anything else while I'm there. That leads to my nights ( Read more... )

Okay, so I've decided that Mufian either loves redundancy/tongue twisters and a ton (I mean a ton) of morphology, or it's just insane. I can kinda glimpse the pattern, but it's so fuzzy that it's hard to keep tabs on it.

So I am super tired from not getting enough sleep last night, and I now have twice as much stuff to do. *sigh* And since I'm tired, I can't think which makes the twice as much to do stuff take twice as long to do. Wish me luck.
