So I've been working on and off on the Cabled Riding Jacket from Loop-d-Loop. I've finished all the pieces and was ready to put it together, add the neck, find some buttons and PRESTO! done. only one problem ( Read more... )

That is totally awesome that you found norwegians to knit with!
After this grant bs is done i'm goign to attempt to make my first sweater, I'm a litle nervous about the endeavor. I want to make BPT from knitty.

I'm impressed you got that far! I'm saving a hell of a time with that pattern. Can you help me figure out where to go from row 72 on that cabled riding jacket? I don't get how the bias works. It seems that the cables should slant toward the sides, but I can't make sense of how the pattern achieves that. I am SO frustrated!
