Lemon-pepper mahi mahi
I made some lemon-pepper mahi mahi for lunch yesterday. it was delicious :) I liked that it was light, yet still flavorful.
Lemon-pepper mahi mahi
Ingredients:- 1 lb. wild caught mahi mahi
- ground cumin
- ground black pepper
- cayenne pepper
- salt

Back to school
This week has been the first week of school and its already been crazy. The wmst sdl program is driving me bonkers andi have literally spent 15 hours on it this week. I know it will get smoother and we've has some major glitches this week, but its been overwhelming to say the least.
